Process time is typically within 1 to 3 days; to make and fulfill orders. Orders made after 6 pm are not processed until the following business day.

I pack and ship orders solo, so thank you for your patience in advance. Orders are shipped via USPS within 2-4 business days from the day you placed your order unless notified otherwise.

Orders should arrive in 1-2 weeks from the shipped date (Although deliveries can arrive sooner).

Please remember that ordering around holidays may delay USPS shipping and delivery times. And these are just estimated time frames.

To help keep shipping cost low, I am currently offering USPS First Class letter mail for STICKER ORDERS and other small items. These orders are sent in stamped envelopes and does NOT include tracking.

Tracking is available for orders containing larger items such as bookmark magnets, pins and etc. These orders are sent in padded/rigid mailers. Orders shipped via Untracked Letter Mail that arrive damaged or are lost in the mail are not eligible for a refund, cancellation, or returns.

Due to the fact most items being made to order, all orders are final. So BE CAREFUL when ordering especially apparel. I do not generally offer refunds or returns, however I will make an exception for certain situations.

Lost or stolen packages, damage during transit, or other mishandling of your package due to post office error, are all beyond my control. Please first contact your local post office or carrier for assistance. 

If your package arrives damaged, your items received don't match your order receipt, or you believe your order is missing and your mail carrier is unable to assist, please email me at t[email protected] or use the form under Contact. I will do everything I can to resolve the situation. Please do not reach out to me by social media DM as I may miss your message.

Please do not file a chargeback to your credit card in the event that there is an issue with your order. Contact me and I'll do everything I can to make it right. If you do file a chargeback, I will dispute the claim and you will not be able to purchase from me in the future.

MIDNIGHTBANDITSTUDIO.com reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, store owner has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way.  MIDNIGHTBANDITSTUDIO.com shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
